The location was favourable and great close to airport. Plus, it was just off Jeddah, the Electricity outlet, and supermarket.

The couches were not very clean, and we had to take some measures to sanitize them before using them. the size of the hotel room was somewhat small and cramped, leading us to feel the need for additional space.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities here exceeded our expectations and we were impressed with the range of services provided. The location of this place is very convenient as it is close to the airport. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room service and housekeeping was excellent. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were great amenities to have in the room, and it was really nice to have an electric kettle and cookware available for our use as well. The swimming pool was a lot of fun and the rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

We recently went on a city break and found a hotel with a great location. the staff were always helpful and responsive. the parking facility and the kids' play area were great complementary features that we enjoyed.

We noticed that some of the amenities in the play area were not working which needs improvement. we felt that the swimming pool could benefit from a heating system.
